Holiday Apartment-In Ramada Resort-Port Douglas

Great place to stay, we love the Ramada and this room had everything that you need. Positive: Code was provided to a lock box so we didnt feel pressured to arrive by a certain time to meet anyone. Easy to access and to check out. Great resort, lovely pool and everything was there that you need for a great holiday. Negative: Even following provided instructions we couldn't get the induction cook top to work. Could have been user error but I don't think so.

Overall it was good stay Positive: Good location, washing machine was good not that we used it but it always a good idea Negative: Sofa bed could do with an upgrade as the bed squeak all night and not very comfortable. The beds need a proper blanket as it did get a bit cold even with the aircon off

Nice Positive: Awesome property but no linen was provided for sofa bed . Rymtha facility were nice . Negative: There was only water in the shampoo bottles and conditioner bottles .

Although it rained a lot the apartment was like home so didn’t mind relaxing inside . Positive: How clean and comfortable the apartment was .

Great Location, facilities and room! Loved our Port Douglas stay! Positive: Easy instructions on how to get into the room. Place had everything we needed, facilities and location were excellent also. Excellent communication from the owner/host! Thank you for having us. Negative: There wasnt anything we didnt like - we were happy with everything
