Positive: Clean and stylish, great views and close to shops and beach, even the sofa bed was very comfortable Negative: Stairs were a bit hard to get suitcases up and not many instructions for checkout

Perfect location and very comfortable Positive: Location was perfect. Room cosy and what we needed. Hosts were very friendly, welcoming and residents who live there friendly also. Negative: Feedback only - not a complaint - Unit needs a little update. Balcony needs some attention. Shower head needs replacing for better water pressure. If you dont like stairs, this will not suit you. Stairs from carpark, then up two flights of stairs to the room. Little hard with luggage/groceries. On main road and can be every noisy with cars and tram.

Highly recommended! Positive: Every room is clean and tidy. All the things are fully prepared including kitchen appliances, laundry supplies and shower supplies. Check-in easy. The location is good, very close to Broadbeach North tram station. 5-10 minutes’ walk from the beach. There is a Woolworth supermarket nearby. You can also enjoy the swimming pool, it’s very convenient. Negative: No elevator so you have to carry luggages by hand by yourself. It’s a little bit noisy coz it’s just next to the highway and tram.

Thoroughly enjoyable. Positive: The privacy and security of the complex and the small value add touches provided by the host. Easy walking distance to eateries and convention centre. Negative: Can't think of any.
