Modern Studio Apartment-Holiday Resort-Ocean View

Positive: Amazing location, very clean and comfortable room with great facilities - pool, spa, tv, etc. The host was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay again. Negative: I just didn't realise that sheets for the sofa bed were not provided for only 2 guests without specifically asking for them - it makes sense but I was with a friend, so we preferred not to share a bed if that was an option.

Cute, luxurious and comfortable studio that has everything you need and more! Positive: This was the PERFECT first encounter with the Gold Coast. I loved that whoever put together this apartment was very intentional, made it very homey and welcomey for travelers. Warm and soft blankets were a super plus and extending stay was easy to book directly with them. This studio has everything you need, comfort, your cooking needs met and laundry and is in a great location. We would stayed longer if it weren't because they were already super booked. I highly recommend them!

Неплохое расположение, но грязно и неудобные замки Positive: Небольшая уютная квартира, но минусов больше чем плюсов. Кухня полностью оборудована, было даже кофе, масло и сливки в холодильнике. До пляжа минут 7, до магазина далековато но все еще легко дойти пешком, остановки транспорта тоже рядом. Negative: Если начать присматриваться то очень грязно, босиком лучше не ходить, подушки и пледы тоже очень поюзанные, под кроватью вековой слой мусора и пыли. Стиральная машинка очень грязная, ее нельзя использовать. И основной минус это замок, который закрывается самостоятельно, ключей предоставляют одну пару, и мы так один раз оказались в коридоре без телефонов и ключей, на рецепшене никого не было, пришлось просить прохожих позвонить, проблему решили, но ее в принципе могло не быть вообще.

Positive: Location was good, room was comfortable and nice view Negative: Dishwasher was full and dirty on arrival, some mold in the shower, blankets caused hay fever.

Positive: Very cozy place! Everything is clean and neat. Really love our stay in here. The moment we walked in the room, we are welcomed by a cozy instrumental song playing from the tv and the room is already cool from the AC, really love the thoughtfulness of the host.
