Holiday Positive: The spa the view and the bedroom was awesome Negative: There wasn't a lot of decent food locations around

Positive: Perfect location and beautiful views on the 15th floor! It was our first time visiting the area and wanted to do touristy things and have a relaxing holiday and it was the perfect hub. We loved the studio and would definitely stay again. Loved the spa bath, sitting on the balcony in the evening and the biiig comfy bed. There are lots of great food places all around.

Superb views Positive: All aspects are superb. Negative: Not a big deal, but there was no packets of sugar provided.

Thanks to the hotel staff who were very helpful and accommodating Positive: Easy access and close to the elevator. The basement carpark was easy to navigate ; There was a stunning view of the ocean and the spa bath and separate WC were an added bonus. Our grand-daughter loved the room and enjoyed the whole experience even though we didn’t take advantage of the pool. Negative: Using the bathroom sink to wash our dishes; No vacuum, broom or mop to clean the apartment; Airbnb status which meant noone serviced the room and we were expected to launder our own towels but there was no washing machine or dryer (the motel kindly exchanged the towels but that’s not their responsibilty); concerns took 48 hours for a response. Perhaps it’s our fault for the lack of due diligence but booking.com has always provided accommodation that fully meets our need and we didn’t think it was necessary.

Positive: This apartment was excellent, great location and very clean and spacious. Very easy check in even though it's in a different building, instructions from host were explained well in the email.
