Noosa- Private Villa - Tropical Resort

A quiet comfortable haven close to everything! Positive: The property is tucked away within a lovely resort in a quiet location just off of Gympie Terrace. The terraced unit is beautifully styled in warm tones that makes you feel immediately at home. The kitchen is a good size and has everything you’d need to cook up some amazing food. The dining table seats 6 and the chairs are very comfortable. Outside there is also a small table and chairs to enjoy a nice coffee in the morning before heading out. Upstairs there are two good size rooms and the main bathroom. What I loved was the large shampoos/conditioner, body wash and hand soap. We had just arrived from another holiday home where these weren’t included and it’s such a pain to then have to go buy them! There is also a tv in the master bedroom which was used in the morning to catch up on the news as I was getting ready. Out the front of the property was a door leading to the laundry room which again was very clean. It contains a washing machine and dryer. There is also a small toilet and sink. I was again impressed by the little extras with plenty of toilet paper, and washing machine items. It really is a very good comfortable base for a family exploring the area. We were also very impressed by the facilities which we made full use of. We all enjoyed a few games of tennis, the lady at reception was so lovely and lent me an additional racket. Also the pool lagoon area was beautiful and the gardens so well maintained. There is also a small heated pool, hot tubs and two saunas which again were beautifully maintained. We just had a wonderful stay and would definitely consider staying here again. Negative: Nothing it was fabulous.

Noosaville aka the islander resort Positive: The heated spar was nice, the rooms where nice and the aircon was a great addition to the villa. The location also was close to the river and food places. Negative: The gate entrance was difficult to access and find on google maps. Probably due to the facility being called a different name to what is advertised. The key access took us about 30min to find. The kitchen didn't have a chopping board The villa didn't have a washing machine even though it was said it did and the DVD player was not there, which made video hire from the reception void. The gym could not be found on the sites maps and opening hours for it where pretty short. The sauna was okey but took along time to heat up so we just ended up leaving it because it was getting cold.

Negative: Getting the keys, had to park in driveway unloxk to boxes to gain entry, car nearly got hit by gate opening as it swung outwards. Putting keys back in locked boxes was a hassle even though instructions were clear

The resort is rated to 3 star we believe it’s more like a four star . Positive: Didn’t have breakfast at the resort, however used the local cafes and everything was lovely Negative: Everything was fantastic
