Your room, C320, will be available starting at 3:00 PM, and you can access it anytime after that.

For security reason please do not try to enter the apartment before 3:00 PM!

Be aware that you don't need to check in at the main reception, as they do not have your booking details. We are private owners and are not part of the Ramada Resort by Wyndham booking system.

Here are your self-check-in instructions:

The unit C320 is located at Ramada Resort, 316 Port Douglas Road, Port Douglas.

If you are driving, there is ample free parking available at the resort.

The unit is situated in Block "C," Casuarina building, which is the second block on the right when you enter from the main entrance.

Upon entering the resort, please walk past the reception, then proceed through the garden, cross the timber bridge, and turn right. You will see a staircase.

Please note that the unit is on the top level, accessible by three flights of stairs. If you have heavy luggage, you can easily take the lift located in the central portion of the corridor. Once on the second floor, please locate unit C320.

Once you find the unit, you'll see a grey box on the right side of the door frame.

Open the protective cover to access the dials and rotate them to the correct code: 5106.

To unlock, press the release buttons on the sides of the box.

Afterward, please close the box and scramble the combination.
