This is a self check in instructions message.
The Apartment is number 30
And is located at The Mardi Gras Apartments, 2753 Gold Coast Hwy, Broadbeach QLD 42
When you arrive at the address please turn left on Britannia Avenue, that is where you will find the main entry.

For collecting the keys ,

1) Please go to the mailbox located on the left side of the main gate,
2) Find the mailbox n 30 ,
3) Open the lock pad using the code 625 twisting clockwise.
4) Inside the mail box you will find the black lockbox.
5) Open the black cover and digit the code 1801 and push the open button on the left of the keyboard.
6) Inside you will find a 2 keys, the big one opens the gate, the stairwell door and the garafe door, the smal one opens only the apartment door.
7) Please after you pick up the keys, close the lock box and close the mail box, and scramble the codes.

If you are driving with your car no problem. The car park driveway is located next to the mailboxes in Britannia Avenue. You need to use to bigger key to open the garage door,
When you are inside of the car park, please drive through the end , you will find your car spot N. 30 on the right , please do not use other care space.
The The Mardi Gras complex is divided in 5 stairwell, Your Apartment number 30, located in the stairwell number 5,
Is 2 flights of stairs as you are on the top floor. The apparent is on the right, it’s the only one that has the black security screen .

When you are inside, Please make sure you respect the house rules and enjoy your stay
No party
No guests
The number of occupants must be the same of the number of guests that you booked for.!!

Check out is at 11:00 ,

When you leave please
Make sure that you close the door , and put the keys back in the lock box on the way out.
Please make sure that the keys are placed flat and lockbox is completely close.!!
