----Please be aware: We are private owners and do not coordinate with the reception staff. They do not have your booking details. If you require any assistance, please contact us directly.

Check-In Information:

Your unit will be ready for check-in from 3:00 PM.

You may access the unit any time after this time.

Finding Your Apartment – Unit 51

Unit 51 is located on the second floor of Building Block B, which is situated on the opposite side of the main building where reception and the underground car park are located.

The resort has two entry points:

----Main Entry Address Block A: 62/64 Davidson St, Port Douglas QLD 4877

----Rear Entry Address Block B (most convenient for Unit 51 and car park): 54 Garrick St, Port Douglas QLD 4877

----If arriving from the rear entry via Garrick Street Most Convenient for unit 51:

· You are already in Block B.

· Simply walk into the entry corridor and take the staircase on your left.

· Go up to the second floor (top floor), and Unit 51 will be on your right-hand side.

----If arriving from the reception area (Main Entry):

· Pass the reception and take the corridor on the left.

· Continue walking until you reach a point where you can turn right.

· Walk through the BBQ area and proceed towards Block B.

· Enter the corridor of Block B and continue straight until you see a staircase on your right.

· Take the stairs up to the second floor (top floor).

· Unit 51 will be on your right-hand side.

----Accessing the Apartment:

To enter the apartment, tap on the door keypad to activate the screen,

Then enter the code: 562641#.

You can use this code for the duration of your stay.

House Rules:

· We kindly ask you to adhere to the following house rules during your stay:

· No smoking is permitted inside the apartment or on the patio area.

· We have a no guests policy; only the number of people specified in your booking are allowed to enter the apartment.

· The resort has a strict no party policy. Any breach of this policy may result in immediate termination of your stay.

· Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please keep noise to a minimum during this time.

Parking Information:

There is a car park located in the basement of the building.

Please take the ramp on the right at the entry to access it. Parking is limited

and operates on a first-come, first-served basis. If the car park is full,

additional uncovered parking is available at the rear entry of the building on

Garrick Street, as well as street parking in the area.
